The Challenge

Starting January 1st we have decided to make fitness a priority for the family. Instead of making a new years resolution to get in shape that never happens i decided to make it a family challenge. I know that will work considering we are all so competitive. Here are the rules. 
Have you ever watched the biggest loser?
Each week you will weigh yourself on sunday and post the amount of weight you lose or gain. Do not post your actually weight for fear of hurting someones feelings.
Also each week you will post your BMI and the percentage of body weight lost or gained.
I think this will be pretty fun!
If you have any other ideas to inspire healty living please dont hesitate to post. The winner at the end of each month will get a little prize named respect!

  2. Hi Trevor, we are in, too. I have heard about people doing this and attaching a small wager to entice the winner to work hard. Maybe we could each put in $5 to make a $100 prize for the winner. Great idea. The biggest loser is our favorite show we watch it religiously!!
